Changes

A lot of things are changing in my life. I’ve been finding out that when one thing changes it seems like another one changes as well. Well, here is a big change that is coming along with the arrival of my little baby boy (who is do any time now). I’m going to stop doing my portrait work as a business. I’ve decided to take an indefinite break from portraiture for three reasons: 1) I need a break to figure out what direction I want to take my portraiture 2) I really want and need to work on my fine art photography and 3) I simply just don’t have the time right now.

With this decision, I’ve decided to turn this blog which was once used solely for my business into a photo blog for my family. I will still put my art work and whatever portraits I do take up, but it will be on a more personal basis. I have a feeling more people will enjoy it this way anyway.

Also, I would like to say “thanks” for everyone who has hired me the last few years. I’ve had fun and have gained great experiences by working with you!
