Today I'm having one of those days. And it is only 10:00 am. Today I'm feeling icky, overwhelmed, sad, lonely, and frustrated.
I miss my friends. I miss girls night out with my friends. I miss having friends.
I want my house or at least one room in my house to look put together and finished.
I miss my home ward. They ALWAYS made me feel needed and recognized. They knew me.
I miss my mom...the way she used to be, the way she should be. I miss my parents...the way they used to be, when they were happy together, when we all were happy.
I'm sad that bad things happen to good people. Why is the world so cruel sometimes?
It has just been a hard morning for some reason. That is all there is to it. I'm be okay! I have so much to be thankful for. It is time for me to start concentrating on that today.

I'm sorry you are having a bad day. If it helps any, Kent and I have been having a tough time this week adjusting to the student life again and lack of time together/having to be a single parent. IT'S NO FUN SOMETIMES!!! So I sympathize with you, but I'm glad you are switching to thinking about all your blessings b/c that usually helps cheer one up! Without pain there would be no joy, but too bad, huh? :) And I'm right there with you when it comes to wanting your house to look put together and exactly the way you want it! Just remember it takes time and patience for it all to happen. They say not to rush through the journey just to get to the destination. OK, I'll stop sounding like I'm giving you a bunch of advice now! Smile and know you are loved!
It sounds like you need one of Carol's home cooked meals and a big hug. This Sun. is invite a friend to church Sunday. U wanna be my friend and come see your home ward. u can get a big dose of hugs and smiles. Also I hear the sacrament program is going to be exceptional! Hope to see you soon. Keep your chin up, and if that doesn't work there is always Prozac! smiling!
Adjusting to change is so hard! Unfortunately it's inevitable. Focus on the positives! There have been some VERY good changes, too! That little Leo is SSSOOO handsome!!! Your house is lovely in a nice neighborhood...with a great backyard! Most people your age are still living in apartments with boyfriends and such. You are so very blessed. Eli and I need to come over soon to play! Let me know what days are good for you!
